Earlier this month, Kazuhiko Torishima, the editor of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama, revealed that Toriyama is starting a new manga series in collaboration with fellow manga creator Masakazu Katsura (I''s, Video Girl Ai). Toriyama will provide the story, while Katsura will pen the art. The series will run in Shueisha's Young Jump magazine.
Torishima revealed the new series in an interview in the 15th episode of the Mandō Kobayashi television show. The segment begins at the 45:05 mark below:
Toriyama previously collaborated with his close personal friend Katsura in 2008 for a one-shot titled "Sachie-chan Good!!," and the two collaborated once more in 2009 on the 3-chapter short manga series Jiya.
