Crunchyroll announced on Wednesday that it will screen given The Double Album: Hiiragi mix & To the Sea, a double feature of the Eiga Given: Hiiragi mix and Eiga Given: Umi e two-part sequel anime film project based on Natsuki Kizu's Given manga, in the U.S. for one night only on June 16.

Crunchyroll will begin streaming Given The Movie: To the Sea (Eiga Given: Umi e), the second film in the project, a week after it screens in U.S. theaters.

Given The Movie: To the Sea opened last September. Crunchyroll describes the film:

After Ritsuka Uenoyama hears Mafuyu Sato sing, he invites Mafuyu to join his band. Given auditions for a festival in Shibuya and falls short, though they continue to attract attention. At the same time, Mafuyu's childhood friends, Shizusumi Yagi and Hiiragi Kashima, prepare to make their debut as the band “syh.” When they lose a guitarist, Hiiragi asks Ritsuka to join them for their big show.

Eiga Given: Hiiragi mix debuted in Japan in January 2024. Crunchyroll added the film last December. The company describes the film:
After a chance encounter with the singer Mafuyu Sato, Ritsuka Uenoyama's passion for music was reignited. Their band, Given, is on the path to greatness just as Mafuyu begins to question if he should be the group's singer. After declining Ritsuka's invitation to a concert in Shibuya, Mafuyu runs into an old friend. Could this be the sign Mafuyu needs to step up to the microphone once more?

The manga's television anime adaptation premiered on Fuji TV's Noitamina programming block in July 2019. The anime is the "first anime based on a boys-love manga" to air on Noitamina. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and started streaming an English dub in August 2022.

An anime film based on the manga opened in Japan in May 2020. Crunchyroll is streaming the film.

An original anime disc (or original video anime) titled Given: Uragawa no Sonzai (Given - on the other hand) – which focused on Mafuyu and Ritsuka during the events of the Given movie – shipped with the limited edition of the manga's seventh volume in December 2021. Crunchyroll started streaming the OVA episode in July 2022.

Kizu launched the manga in Shinshokan's Cheri+ magazine in 2014. The manga ended in March 2023, and Shinshokan published the manga's ninth and final compiled book volume in September 2023. Viz Media's SuBLime imprint for boys-love manga is releasing the series. A new extra story series for the manga debuted in January 2024.

A live-action series adaptation of the manga premiered on Fuji TV's FOD (Fuji TV On Demand) streaming service in July 2021. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan.
