I'm sure I'll pick up the Elfen Lied BD set at some point. QB Rebellion BD is a fer sure. Golgo 13 now that it's a complete set is a possibility. Now that the dubbed Nyan Koi! is coming out, that means I should be able to pick up the original sub-only pretty cheap.

Nyankoi's getting rereleased with a dub so it's nice to get a date for it. Sentai can correct past mistakes if they feel like it. That just leaves Maria+Holic, And the Town Moves, Kimikiss, Mayo Chiki and...

What am I forgetting? Something Sketch?

AKB0048 got a dub? While I enjoyed the first season, the second's been a chore; Too many examples of "this is how Japan views popularity" and not enough War on Fame, I mean Entertainment. Still, AKB0048 got a dub?

well since half the show is singing and Sentai doesn't dub songs, I'd guess dubbing AKB0048 would be quicker than normal

Part of me is glad that they're attempting to go back and re-release on Blu-Ray, but part of me is unhappy because I've done a considerable amount of "settling" in regards to Sentai's DVD-only releases but I really can't afford to double dip a whole lot at this point either. I probably won't get anything this month, but if I do, it'll be double dip for Nyankoi.

Happy I never got Golgo on dvd, as I'll be getting this (pretty expensive) bluray. I'll probably get the second Patlabor collection and double dip on Elfen Lied to get the OVA,

Well, I won't be double-dipping for Golgo 13 but I may do it for Elfin Lied since it now includes the OVA. I'll probably get Queen's Blade-Rebellion to complete my QB collection. I have all of Patlabor already but maybe once all of it is out if there's a real nice package on sale (Xmas 2014, maybe?) I might consider getting it on BD.

*PHEW* I will absolutely pick up nyankoi on blu-ray
I already own the DVD but I was seriously thinking about importing the JP version Blu-ray which came available just this spring
I was a bit disappointed when they released it on DVD only the first time but back then there were not many animes on blu-ray

anyway, I saw an episode of patlabor. The pit crew was hiding a bunch of porn magazines and the captain caught them and everyone got in trouble. is this the TV series or the OVA?

I'll definitely be double dipping for the Elfin Lied BD since it includes the OVA. I never thought they would finally release that part and picked up the DVD collection last year. <sigh>

I'm curious: Is Sentai using the old ADV moniker for nostalgic purposes, or is there literally a tiny remnant in a back corner of the anime licensing world somewhere?
