Nice. Prior to this announcement, I was thinking that the specials would not get licensed for a home media release here in the US since it aired on NHK World (most, if not all the shows that air on there, don't get a home media release here). I'm glad that a US anime publisher was able to grab the license.

I'm glad to see we'll be getting a release; this was a solid special.

I just have one request to Sentai: please don't stream it exclusively on Anime Strike.

Glad to see it is getting a domestic release. I won't be buying it because Sentai can't encode a disc to save their lives but hopefully more people will get an opportunity to watch it now. I'm hoping the Japanese blu ray release will have subs or that NHK dub. The NHK dub was actually pretty good. It'll be interesting to see if Sentai acquires the dub or produces their own.

Cool. I haven't seen it yet but I liked the original short and I'm up for anything from Khara. Also a nice pick-up by Sentai. I'll be looking forward to the BD release.

Not only was it a quick license pick-up, the dub on NHK World was also quick. Normally, such a quick dub turnaround rate is reserved for Funimation.
