Now I just have to wait for a second season announcement for "Kamen no Maid Guy," and I'll be set Anime smile. (And maybe have Louis XIV's "Misguided Sheep" be S&WII's theme song Wink.)

Now that's an interesting combination of shows.

One's for thinking, the other's for laughs Smile.

Booyah! I love this show! From Code Geass to this show, Jun and Ami never let us down!

They are more fun If they become a couple but already Ami a lesbian! *no joke*

Happily season 2 gets 2009 a definetly great year for anime.

More Holo antics!

I really enjoyed season 1 and look forward to season two. Especially since you guys are saying that this new animation studio is better than the original one.

I hope they make it in HD.

This seems like good news. It'll be nice for there to be more of this, the first season was well worth it, it seemed from what I saw.

Excellent news. I am glad there is going to be a sequel to one of my favorite shows of the year.

I hope the sequel keeps the focus on Horo and Lawrence. A new major character would be troublesome.

Agreed. It'd be good if they didn't play with the 'format' too much.

Question, has Kadokawa ever done sub-only on their US distributions? With the whole Clannad bit in question this is another one that due to the feel of the series I believe it could be even stronger in a dubbed format.

I don't think they have, but I'm not sure and with things going the way they are lately I'd dislike seeing this released that way.

Going by the ratings of the show it's somewhere in the middle of where the 3rd tier/niche shows go and the higher rated niche shows/mainstream go. It's not been out as long as Clannad, but is arguably more niche. I could respect a sub-only release here but it's certainly not what I want to see.

I'm not sure, honestly. I'm not familiar with their work in general, so I'm extremely nervous about this getting a dub. I really REALLY hope it does, given the European setting, but I'm not holding my breath. =\
