Oh man, the music. I had forgotten how awesome the soundtrack for Evangelion was.
Can't wait to see the new scenes with Unit 3.0, because for me, that was the turning point for the series, when it went from great, to amazing. Also, can't wait to see more of my favourite red-head. |

Hells yeah! That's going to be SO awesome! I hope that it gets re-released around Christmas time, since my fiancee and I plan on going to Tokyo around then. The biggest hurdle then would be to convince her to go with me...

Sigh... so chances are we don't get the one with the fixed audio huh? Well here's hoping they give us the complete package... Considering that they're releasing freakin DBZ on blu-ray, I don't see why not Evangelion... Eva's pretty damn popular and notorious in anime fandom. They'd be stupid not to! |

They're definitely changing up a lot here. Though it seems the essence is still there. On a purely aesthetic note, I can't say I like the new white bands on Unit-02 or how the glowing ones break up Unit-03's silhouette.
Eva-05's setup looks quite interesting. Vaguely dummy-plugish. Great to finally get a look at the new girl and particularly Asuka in action. |

Awesome, some of the scenes with the Evas in action looked really good. I'm more interested in the new female character too, although it'll be nice to see Asuka again.

Oh sweet! I love the animation. I really do hope that Anno goes all out on the animation! As long as this is better than Death and Rebirth remake, then I am all for it. I'm still awaiting for the blu ray of 1.11 to come out. I don't care about the translations! That didn't stop me from getting plenty of imported blu ray movies!!

I'm not a fan of EVA in general, but I really liked the first movie, so this one's worth a shot too. And if there's a new girl, that just increased the amount of possible UFO Catcher toys to 150%~!

I am probably going to buy this, but I hope Pen Pen is in the movie as well. He ate fish and slept in the freezer, how many house hold pets can do that? The movie does look cool though. |

This looks awesome. While the first movie was a little style-over-substance, I can't say I care. The first movie already rocked, but now that Asuka is there.... I just can't wait. The movie will probably be released here as fast as the first one, meaning one year after the first screening. Testing my patience
