Considering that all K-ON! characters except Azusa and Mio were eliminated in Round 2, yes. Not to mention that Azusa and Mio faced off against Misaka in Round 3, which was basically spelled death to K-ON! entirely.

Called it last year and I was glad that I'm right. I am disappointed nonetheless to see Mio win both Korean Best Moe and ISML this year. Korean Best Moe should have gone to Kanade...
