I got Eureka 7 disk 11 in the mail today from amazon. My iBook cant handle the layer change to see the last episode, but if I go to the chapter select and start with A-part, it works fine, and I can skip back to the intro no problem. My Toshiba DVD player handled it with no issues. It played without even a hiccup.

The replacement form is online.
They still haven't replied on why the Eureka Seven discs don't have the textless songs they're supposed to. |

I just sent all four discs in. The cost for shipping from the USPS was $1.81 in a small padded envelope. Fortunately they are not asking for receipts since I tend to burn (literally) them.
