These are five title or name errors that I’ve noticed.

Anderson Stories (TV), #434, should be Andersen Stories (as in Hans Christian).

Ukare Baiorin, #4910, should be Ukare Violin
Koneko no Sutajio, #4913, should Koneko no Studio

This is based on your rule that the non-Japanese spellings should be used, not the transliteration of the katakana writing.

I'm responsible for the other two myself.

Cream Douwa - Kin no Tori, #3660, should be Grimm Douwa – Kin no Tori (as in the Brothers Grimm).

The source I first found this at used a very small font and I misread グリム as クリム.

Asahi Cinema, company #3800, should be Asahi Kinema

At the time I added this I did not know that kinema was an accepted pronunciation and translated キネマ as cinema.
