Yep exactly and seeing as it's listed as theatrical event anime I'm more inclined to believe it will be 30min an ep which would still be less runtime then a new 12 ep anime.


but hey ANN posters are experts on this matter and they obviously know the reasoning why the production committee is doing it this way and saying the Japanese are just greedy is obviously the correct answer. /sarcasm end Wink


We all know the real reason everyone is pissed and calling them greedy... The last anime that had a set up like this which we actually got internationally was Digimon Tri, and I can't think of any others we got before that other than Ozma... Has the Movie even made it to the US, or anywhere else for that matter, yet?

Kara no Kyoukai was a series of movies as well, wasn't it? That got released by Aniplex USA.
