I hope they end up releasing all of the Lupin specials, yes even the bad ones. As well as Goemon Ishikawa's Spray of Blood, hopefully with a dub.

There is NO SUCH THING as a bad Lupin III special --
just less fun installments!

But seriously, with the exception of the slowness of the original TV series and the ugliness of the Lupin III Part 3 (the TV series), there isn't much to dislike.
Frankly, out of the classic Lupin III TV series, Part 2 holds up the best. From what we've gotten most recently, both Part 4 (which I have seen) and the Fujiko series are excellent.
We're kind in a renaissance here with both Lupin III and Gundam where there's some good things being released AND they're revisiting the better part of the past.

I think Lupin III has a better batting average than 007 does.
You kind of have to pick and choose there after the Connery era...

With "Walther P-38" about as less fun as they get. Shocked

Sure if you don't mind the ridiculous (and inconsistent) writing that leads to such episodes as Lupin having his body stolen by an old rich guy then fixing the problem by stealing Zenigata's body and then destroying the machine that enabled this body swapping with Zenigata stuck in the rich guy's body.

Good thing for negative continuity.
