The same people calling anime mobile games the plague are the same people demanding more anime seasons that match up to the quality of UFOtable animations. Light novel/manga/blu ray sales are not enough these days for a lot of animes to fund future seasons, especially when piracy is rampant. Many animes need these gacha games to get sufficient funding to get another season. Otherwise the publisher will axe the work and fund another one.
If you want to see Goblin Slayer have a season 3, complaining and hopefully speculating will do nothing. Spend in the respective mobile games. Otherwise kiss your franchise goodbye. |
