Turkish Transforming Robot Car Appears for Transformers Film's Japanese Release

Some fans were dubious about the Letrons project when the Turkish company Letvision unveiled prototypes last year. People question if it draws inspiration from Transformers without giving credit or receiving authorization. However, it appears that the transforming robot car has finally gotten some official recognition from the franchise.

The official Letrons Facebook page posted photographs this week from an apparent trip to Tokyo for the Japanese release of Michael Bay's Transformers: The Last Knight film. The film opened in the United States on June 21, and it will open in Japan on August 4. Apparently, the Letrons team traveled to Tokyo, and the Antimon prototype transforming car appeared at events for the science-fiction film's upcoming theatrical release.

Antimon has been appearing at events around the world, including at Abu Dhabi's Big Boys Toys event in November. Here are two promotional videos for the project that debuted in September:
