Story of high school girl Yui with shōwa era classmate

The October issue of Hakusensha's Bessatsu Hana to Yume (Betsuhana) magazine is announcing on Tuesday that Flower in a Storm's creator Shigeyoshi Takagi will begin serializing a new manga titled Itsuka no Haru (Some Day's Spring) in the magazine's November issue, which will be released on September 26.

The magazine describes the manga as a "youth playback story." The manga's story revolves around Yui, a first-year high school student. Her classmate Daisuke, however, was born in the shōwa era (years 1926–1989).

Takagi's Flower in a Storm (Hana ni Arashi) manga ran in Hakusensha's Lala DX magazine from 2006 to 2008 with a total of two compiled volumes. Viz Media released both volumes in English in North America.
