Hong Kong content distributor MediaLink Entertainment Limited's Ani-One YouTube channel announced on Facebook on Friday that it will stream the anime of Nanashi's Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san) manga on June 25. Episodes of the anime will stream daily at 5:30 p.m. IST.

Alongside Hong Kong and India, the anime will stream in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, the Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.

Ani-One describes the story:

Energetic freshman girl Hayase Nagatoro happens upon an introverted senior student, Naoto Hachioji. She calls Naoto “Senpai” and likes to bully him every chance she gets and tease him to the point of crying. However, senpai develops a crush on Nagatoro in return. The love story between Nagatoro and senpai begins!

The series premiered in Japan on the Tokyo MX and BS11 channels in April 2021.

Hirokazu Hanai (Dances with the Dragons) directed the anime at Telecom Animation Film, and Taku Kishimoto (ERASED, 2019's Fruits Basket, Haikyu!!) supervised the series scripts.

Misaki Suzuki (sub-character designs on Lupin the Third: Part 5, Tari Tari) designed the characters, and Gin (Busted Rose) from Pop Team Epic and Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher!? composed the music.

Sumire Uesaka performed the anime's opening theme song titled "EASY LOVE."

Nanashi debuted the manga on Kodansha's Magazine Pocket website in November 2017. The 13th compiled volume shipped in Japan on April 8. Kodansha USA Publishing publishes the manga in English and shipped the 10th volume on April 12.
