Crunchyroll added Thai and Indonesian dubs on Friday for both BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense. and BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense. Season 2, the two anime based on Yuumikan's BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense. light novel series.

The first anime premiered in Japan in January 2020. Muse Asia streamed the anime as it aired in Japan. The second season premiered in January 2023. Muse Asia streamed the anime as it aired in Japan.

Yen Press publishes both the novels and the manga adaptation in English, and it describes the story:

IS SHE THE GAME'S LAST BOSS?!
