If anybody died, it'll be all over the news vine by now.
Nobody really died.

Hi all, can anybody confirm if Hiroshi Shiibashi (creator of Nura : Rise of the Yokai Clan; Nurarihyon no Mago) is safe and well as his name does not appear in this article. Thank you very much in advance!

We did have one confirmed death, which was reported here on Anime News Network. While Hiroshi Kakoi's work is more from the 1980s, I wouldn't brush him off as simply "nobody." Since he does have ties to the anime industry, I would consider him the sole death reported on thus far.

You're right. Though it's nobody people were looking for.

I have seen a few of them on the list under other, there are many I do not see on the list and its not possible for me to see the names of the actual members in all cases either if they are listed. But I would guess as well if any did come in contact with the damage they would already be listed by the 'record company'. Anyway, best wishes for all over there.

All of the anime industry survived 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, despite this earthquake was the most powerful in the history of Japan. And this means that 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami, in fact, wasn't powerful. Why all of the anime industry survived 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami? Why?

You resurrected a nearly 3-year old news item just to ask a weird question, congrats.
