My chef at work used to be a timberjack, and he said he worked with trees that were genetically altered to grow up to five feet a year. A 10-year-old tree would be perfectly fine to harvest!

However, if we *didn't* have to use trees at all, that'd still be fine by me.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled anime forum board, already in progress. ^_^
