Monica Rial? As Kashima? Huuuuuuuh? Can she even do boyish-sounding girl voices? I mean, I like her and all, but she usually does that cutesy sounding voice in most anime roles, doesn't she? (though Michiko Malandro from Michiko and Hatchin is an awesome exception)

Not sure if this would be my kinda show, but I always love it when Monica gets to show her range. Sure she gets a lot of cute characters, but that's because of her natural voice. She can do way more than she gets credit for and just that small clip is more proof.

She's done the deep voice tons of times actually. There's Kurau in Kurau, Jo from Burst Angel, Mariya from Maria+Holic, Haruka from RahXephon, and that one side character from D-Frag. Nyamo and Lyra were kinda in the middle range. Haven't seen Maid-Sama yet, how was she in that?
ANYWAY! I loved her "I'm a prince!" comment at the end there.

And let's not forget Lara Gonzalez from School Rumble.
I did watch Sentai's English version of Maid-Sama a while back. I think she sounded somewhat okay as Misaki...
Since I'm having a feeling that this show will have some interesting twists within the titular romance, I'll give Nozaki-kun a watch.

Imo she was great in Maid-sama.

I was gonna pick the CE anyway because I love the show so much, but with Monica Rial as Kashima I'm definitely gonna watch the dub. I love her deeper ranges more than her normal ones.

Wow, Monica Rial is a better fit for Kashima than I thought! There goes my thought that it'll be Chiyo who she voices, though....
Also, Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun premiered in July, not April.

It seems like the CE has two CDs in it; does anyone know what those are?

I'm damn surprised with her performance. This makes me imagine if Monica Rial voiced the main lead in Orun Host club. Its very restrained in a positive way to not go over the top, yet Monica looks so over the top acting the character in the booth lol. That shows a good Voice Actor/Actress imo.

Soundtrack. Similar to what Sentai did with No Game No Life CE.

"Immaprince!"
Hahaha, she sounds like she's having fun. Made me laugh.
I'm definitely looking forward to this dub
