Well, I'm at a complete loss here. Yeah, I know I've already had my go, but I am still very much curious. I know I've seen the picture, and very recently at that. That's why I guessed the show I did (I just finished it three days ago). But I cannot for the life of me think of what show it could be.
Hmmm, maybe this is one of those cases whereby when I see something new my brain mistakenly registers it as having already been "filed" so to speak. Or maybe my short-term memory is just lousy. Not a great prospect either way . . . |

Oh, what was the musical reference? spoiler["Pennylane" being song by the Beatles?] Not that it saves me the disgrace of not recognising her by the dress details
 , but "musical" was too broad for a hint. Or it was something else?

+1 internets indeed. I actually never found a picture with a name to confirm, but the circumstances were strong enough that I guessed her based on the name and a plot summary.
