Season one apparently didn't do so well for Bandai, but it looks like season two will do better for Sentai. Of course, it helps that they aren't releasing it in over priced singles with bad audio. It will likely only be a matter of time before they pick up the movie, unless season two also underperforms. I guess time will tell.

Movies sell a lot better than TV shows do typically. Like the Nanoha movie sold 100k+ when Strikers sold about a quarter of that.
Considering that, 200k units isn't an impossibility for the K-ON movie in my opinion.

There is no concrete data unfortunately. Unless someone spends the $10k or whatever is is for Soundscan chart access, but those might not even be robust enough for how niche anime DVD sales are in general.
