Based on the art (and a bit of the animation) alone, this should be better than all previous episodes of Haruhi combined.

I'm excited for it, I wonder when the BluRay will come out, November?

I wonder if Bandai is going to snatch this up and give it a nice limited theatrical run next year.

If they did I would be happy and go no matter what

but I really don't think they would, they haven't even gotten season 2's rights so the movie seems slim.

I don't get why people who apparently don't like Haruhi are even bothering to see this movie, let alone bash it in comments about the promo. If you hate it so much, why are you here?

I'm actually looking forward to this, I hope it doesn't start off too slow.

Here is a quick question, is there any info about the 2nd season getting a US release as of yet??? When the first one came out, it was pretty quick for the US version to get made IIRC.

Certainly looks impressive. I will guess that the DVD will come out a year today (to coincide with the dating of events in the novel). So we may get a sub in time for next christmas. Joy of joys Very Happy
