If Shiraishi Minoru wasn't involved, this would be pointless...! he's such a blast !! Laughing

For the second round of the Kiddy GiRL-and cup (which, as I alluded to earlier, is almost certainly related to this since both involve Shiraishi, Kadokawa and go-karts) he kept his Mi nourose makeup on ^^;

The whole thing WAS pointless. I actually thought there'd be different drivers now and then when the ANN article said "Shiraishi will compete in cart-racing with the staff and voice cast of the anime." I watched the show on Kadokawa's YouTube channel.

So the first episode was kinda fun, Shiraishi racing against, who was it?, the assistant director, the producer, and the camera guy. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Then the second episode starred the very same people. A rematch I thought.
The third episode again had the same participants. Maybe they're doing a two-out-of-three?
The fourth episode brought no changes apart from the race track, so it started to bore me and I stopped watching after the racer line-up.
When the fifth episode still showed no sign of any seiyû behind the wheel, or anybody besides Shiraishi, AD, P, and camera guy, I quit.
Damn, I would have loved to see the girls race. And Ono Daisuke, of course. But the way it went it's a total waste of time.

I'd forgrotten all about this.
Ah here's the first episode:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMIhDfEQjnk

It is very similar to the Kiddy GiRL-and cup, down to the cast list at the beginning and the inclusion of Itou-P (Producer) and Makoto Chiba (here the Assistant Director).
The guy I'm unfamiliar with is Daisuke Kudo (工藤 大輔), the programme's director - he's not in our encyclopaedia.

I've screenshots of the first three rounds of the Kiddy GiRL-and cup (which also feature Seiyuu Aya Uchida, Aya Gouda and assistant Satoshi "Zakkii" Yamazaki):

I haven't got the later volumes due to lack of funds.

--edit--

Actually, it looks like the video I linked is a new series "Lucky Racer R". I just found the original first episode on Youtube (but not in Kadokawa's channel). Zakkii is there, holding the camera.
