A lot of the TV specials use elements from the red jacket series. While at times its cool to see a newer Lupin being modeled after that series but other times it can lead the TV special to be typical if it uses the same formula. Which leads a lot of the recent TV specials as either a hit or miss. And its yet to be known how well the upcoming 2013 TV special will hold up.

Wish the would just use Koike's designs from Fujiko's show from now on cause the ones they're using here look hella dated. Update the style a bit guys, it worked for Conan. Rolling Eyes
