While I didn't want to be negative when I came here, I'd have to agree with Grant a little.

Deep inside, I felt that this was going to be a little bothersome. Extra (?) money, fan interactivity, but problematic.

Also, cafe work can be part-time. Plus, maybe the staff can be changed at different days?
