It's usually simply referred to as "the library" since my room is filled with all sorts of media like anime, manga, books, music from around the world, and domestic TV and movies that I borrow to relatives. Although, for something more unique, I'll call mine "90 Degrees" because it's in a corner and thus L-shaped like a Right Angle. Cool

Mine involves two bed rooms (of three), much of the living room, part of the den and about a quarter of the storage room. So I guess "Alan's Place" sums it up. Of course, if a visitor is more interested in fashion dolls it would be "Joy's place" instead.

Well, my smartphone's name is "Barney Joe" and my laptop's name is "Dr. Fartyboots", so...


How about I just call my anime collection.... "The Octagon"? Cool

Various friends and colleagues have suggested that my collection is not unlike a museum or a library so either of those monickers would be fine. My living room is fairly huge (about 18 by 30 feet), and there's a figure section, a manga/book section, a DVD section, and a games section with of course everything meticulously arranged and catalogued.

Hmm I should think of a name for my collection. I have a lot of Studio Ghibli movies (17 come next month) so maybe "Ghibliopolis" could work.

I do this weird thing with my shelving...I name each row after the publishers discs I have on it. My top one is Bandai, below is Aniplex, under that is Kadokawa, etc.
