I saw PA Works and that's all I needed to know to know I was going to watch this. I'm sure there will come a day when PA Works no longer instantly excites me, but today ain't that day.

Never been disappointed by anything P.A. Works has put out. Brilliant news to hear these guys are doing something original again and don't have the restrictions that an adaptation puts on a series. Really looking forward to it

I was thinking the same thing Very Happy lol I will give it a try. The premise sounds interesting enough (even though PA works have same face syndrome like Kyoani seems to be doing now.)

How? Regarding romance White Album 2 curbstomped Nagiasu in every single detail.

If PAW does something good is their animation and scenary porn. But besides that. Their strong points is when they're at Slice of Life like Tari Tari and Hanasaku Iroha.

I hope this one has Tari Tari's team(great anime) and not Okada for once, also Nagiasu bombed on its sales and Okada is working for JC's staff new game anime series, isn't she?

Mari Okada can write multiple shows simultaneously, such as Anohana and Hanasaku Iroha. Spring 2012 was a particularly productive season with Fujiko Mine, Aquarion Evol (second half), and AKB0048 all airing together.

Besides, the J.C. Staff show airs next season, whereas this one is slated for summer. While Okada isn't guaranteed, P.A. Works definitely favors her work, provided that she isn't booked solid on other productions.

Did you watch Uchouten Kazoku? It's one of the best shows from last year, and it wasn't written by Okada.

This show seems to have flown entirely under the radar when it aired. I notice no one discussing P.A. Works shows in this thread has mentioned it so far. It's the reason why I'll give this new show a try.
