I definitely haven't seen Getbackers or Louie, but I got all the answers right. I knew it was Robin because of the stupid hair things.

This one was pretty easy. There were a few I've never seen but have come across pictures of the characters before so I still knew them without having to resort to process of elimination. I guess Hanaukyo had me briefly confused because I had seen La Verite (not the original series) and apparently Mariel's hair color is different. It obviously wasn't any of the others, though. Hand Maid May would have been very recognizable to me if it had appeared. It's the only one of those maid series I enjoyed.

Missed Vandread and that Hanaukyo one. The moeish/fanservicey ones were all guesses based on pictures I remember from Anime-Planet entries. As for the rest, I've watched most.

Got 9/12. Only missed the maids ones(there were a shit ton of maid series back then wasn't there?), and Louie, because I didn't see any of those 3.

I did much, much better at identifying these shows than I did with the anime from the 90s. Although, I have only watched a couple of them.
And thanks for not calling these titles "classics" because to me they are not. P.S. I suppose it is too early to ask for a similar poll for shows from the current decade. |

This poll had one of my favourite 2000s anime on it, Kamichu!
I don't know whether or not its inclusion on this poll is a "good thing"... I don't think Kamichu's art style is generic, but maybe Kamichu is in there for its general obscurity (at least amongst series that got a North American release) and not its art style. |
