No I got that as well, I'm mainly curious how people see others with tattoos. It's been my experience that there's two types of people who don't like tattoos, the type of person who separates the tattoos from the individual and is able to just ignore them or the type of person who ONLY sees the tattoos and instantly treats that person as if he/she IS the tattoo they dislike so much. If someone doesn't like tattoos that's fine with me I just think it's a shame that some people only see skin and assume there's nothing of value under it.

So Haruko, they can show his naked butt on TV, but on his website he can't be naked? What is this, Japan's Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction?

I tend to view people with extensive tattooing as being lower class, possibly more criminally inclined than those without them, as they are often a sign of rebellion from authority or peer pressure within shady groups. That's the cultural level. Aesthetically, they can occasionally look cool, but are typically garish and distracting from the owner's natural beauty. I have no interest in colorful or portrait style tattoos, but occasionally monotone, iconographic tattoos, geometric shapes, flowing scrollwork, stuff like that can look cool and accentuate the owner. It's a bit like make-up, a little eye liner or tasteful lipstick can enhance, but having clown make-up on is no helping no one.

Are they going to arrest the people who put his ass on tv? Does their hypocrisy know no bounds?

What's the big deal with Yakuza tattoo? I've seen Yakuza movies, but they don't seem that offensive.

That is one law I never understand why they made that for. If a country made a pornography and censored it, then what's point of making it if you're going to censored it. It's not pornography anymore if it get censored.

Well it is the law there and that is what separates legal porn from illegal porn, in Japan at least. Just like how the US has laws about what constitutes legal or illegal porn.
Calling another country's laws moronic is pretty moronic itself since you don't exist in that society in order to understand the basis of the laws.
