You're right, there are double letters for those two. How did I miss that? I guess I was in too much of a rush to get them in on time that I didn't notice the errors. I guess that pretty much destroys my chance then. |

Be patient everyone - it's been a busy week for ANN (look at all the news we've gotten thanks to Otakon and such
 ), so if they fall behind on their deadline with this, well, it shouldn't be much of a surprise.

I don't feel that it's unreasonable for the contest entrants to be asking for a status update. First it was going to be later in the same week the first batch was posted, then the following monday, and now it's been over a week since then with no word.
A lot of people worked very hard on their entries, and it's a little discouraging to see one group get representation while the other group keeps getting pushed back indefinitely. |

Oh wow. Okay. Thanks. I didn't know that. I'll just be thrilled to see the end results whenever they come up. No worries. 
btw, Zac, if you don't mind my asking: A friend of mine is trying to sell bulk lots of ID holders w/ lanyards, and isn't having any luck thus far, so I was wondering if any of the bigger cons could use them, and if so, how could I get in touch with them? My friend has approx. 24 thousand of these, in 3 different colors. If this isn't the sort of question I should direct to you, that's okay. I just thought I'd give it a try. Thanks for taking the time to read.

Good to see the second set of icons up.
It's always interesting to see the different ways each artist has interpreted the challenge. Conversly, it's also funny to see how many icons share a common design / theme.

Oooh pretty~ by far my favorite's the first one, Neohybrid_kai's but all of them look great!

I concur, Neohybrid_kai's icons are my favorite out of this set as well. The fade effect adds a nice touch, and as a mathematically inclined individual the miscellaneous icon is right up my alley.
Regardless, all of the icons up there look better than any I could have created. Nice job to everyone who entered. |
