In many ways the copyright holders, particularly the large companies, are responsible for it getting out of hand. They must be aware of this yet they drag their heels in persuing it. This only gives more time for the problem to get worse. Do they think it's going to go away if they ignore it?

If YouTube can't stop the illegal posts they should stop operation for the time being until they can develop a system to prevent it. Even limiting users to one three-minute uploads per day (for non paying users) would curb the problem. While it would still allow someone to post five three-minute downloads, it would make it more of a nuisance which would dissuade many from posting unnecissarily.

Bandai definitely has a reason to visit YouTube. Laughing

Somehow I don't think those disclaimers are going to protect YouTube. Wink

I in noway, shape or form claim right to this video, I am simply putting this here for people to place on their profiles/wedpages. This video is copyrighted to the creaters of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, based off the manga, created by Shirow Masamune. Enjoy

A sure sign that the poster knows that he is on shaky ground. Laughing

If he had gotten sued by Bandai, he wouldn't still be up there with those clips. Laughing
