Actually that was a weird typo on my part. It is Shampoo. It played on the whole gag with the Chinese characters being beauty products; Shampoo, Mousse, and Cologne. Although this changed when Takahashi introduced more Chinese characters later. |

Gah, made another mistake with names when nominating. "Kannazumi Miki" should be "Onimaru Miki". "Kannazumi Megumi" should be "Kannazuki Megumi." Sorry for the error.

I'm surprised no-one has yet nominated Masaru Hananakajima from Sexy Commando. He is probably the epitome of crazy weirdoness.
I'll also nominate Noelle from Tenshi ni Narumon. There might be other oddballs... er, worthy candidates in that series, but I haven't seen enough to nominate any others. My third suggestion is Lady Meow from Kazemakase Tsukikage Ran. Another one with weird antics and wonky logics. No characters from Naruto yet? How about Gai - he's pretty nuts. I guess the problem with most Naruto characters is, though, that they tend to swing between silly and cool so no-one's consistently crazy (think about Kakashi, Tsunade, Rock Lee or Naruto himself). And if some oldschool blood is needed, would any of the Lupin gang qualify? Many of their hijinks are pretty madcap. |

I really don't agree wtih Major Hughes here. Sure he acted crazy, but it seems to me it was just that - an act. spoiler[In order to shake the Furher and the rest of the homoculi from suspecting anything from him, as well as keeping his family safe, I think the cover was important for him to keep up. If you recall, he was also quite serious at times especially when speaking alone with Mustang.] Then again, I agree that Morita is crazy, even though he can show a serious side as well. |

I don't think Hughes from FMA really counts as crazy. Sure he breaches a limit on doting on his daughter but that was really the only thing that he did that was really out there. Most of the time he was crafty and calculating, a real together kind of person.
Don't know too much about S-CRY-ed, haven't seen much but I don't think anyone would qualify, I mean if I heard real people talking that way I'd have to say they are nuts, but in this case I think it's just bad writing. I also don't really think any of the DBZ characters qualify, except Mr. Satan, but I won't nominate him. |

Sorry sorry. I was wondering how Karasuma of School Rumble made the list when Hanai of School Rumble didn't. I cant recall Karasuma as being very crazy, while Hanai was quite loaded in that department (although in a quite pitiful way).
