Probably the only thing that comes close to my anticipation of the second EVA movie. This is going to be great!

At last . Also i a little bit don't like the fact that ryotaro nakamaura is the director. Through he is a good director but he wasn't successful in doing something completely different from lain. But who knows maybe i am wrong and he will surprise this time and will do something different then lain and ghost hound.
As for Abe and Konaka i wonder if they can top Texhnolyze or Haibane Renmei with this project despite ryotaru involved or they will just produce more of the same. Good luck to them. |

What are you talking about? He directed Kino's Journey, did he not? |

Very good news to have not only ABe but Konaka also back in the saddle. I'm just hoping for something storywise that is more like Digimon Tamers than Malice@Doll.
Triangle Staff hasn't existed for a long time. I'm hoping for Akira Takata as character designer as he did good work on Haibane and NieA. |

Don't expect this to top Texhnolyze or Haibane Renmei, but that would be practically impossible.
Really cannot wait for Despera. Definitely wondering which studio this will go to, though. Considering the lack of a clear aesthetic in the art of the previous series (and apparently in this one, as well), I'm doubtful that someone like Production IG would pick this up (not even thinking of Bones). Madhouse is the only one that immediately comes to mind... |
