Japanese pop culture fans in Rochester, NY have started a movement to have a Convention. It will be called ROCHECON and will celebrate Anime, various types of live action Japanese productions, J pop, Gaming, Cosplay and more.

The First ROCHECON event will be called ROCHECON ZERO And will take place on November 18th 2006.
