Love this series, so hearing this is kinda of sad. Hopefully the light novels will continue.

This light novels are finished with three volumes.

Yes, the LN are finished. It was a very well done story IMO.
It left me wanting to know more about the greater world the author created.

Was it a natural stopping point that wrapped up the story or was it a premature finish? So many series are ended within the first three volumes because of sales being poor, but if it was a planned finish it's a different matter.

It was apparently a planned finish. People have said it's a good story.
