The official website of Shogakukan's GAGAGA Bunko label revealed on Monday that the 14th and final volume of Wataru Watari's My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected light novel series has been delayed indefinitely. The volume had been slated to ship on April 18.
The final volume was originally slated to ship last November, but it did not ship that month, and was listed with a March 19 release date. Instead, the 13th volume (seen right), originally slated for October, shipped in November. GAGAGA Bunko then announced on March 1 that the 14th volume was delayed to April 18.
The series' final arc began with the 12th volume, which shipped in September 2017.
Watari began the original My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected (Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru.) light novels with illustrations by Ponkan8 in Japan in 2011.
Yen Press licensed the novel series and Naomichi Io's My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected @ comic manga adaptation for English publication in 2015.
The novels inspired two anime seasons, which Crunchyroll streamed under the titles My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU and My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU TOO!. Sentai Filmworks licensed and released both seasons on home video in North America.
