Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Switch Game's Release Moved Up to Spring

Bandai Namco Entertainment America revealed on Wednesday that it has moved the release date for the Nintendo Switch version of the Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization game from this summer to this spring. The company also streamed a trailer for the game, as well as a trailer for the Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Complete Edition game, and the new "Dissonance of the Nexus" expansion.
Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Complete Edition will launch in the West for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam on Friday, with the Switch version arriving later in the year. The edition will include all of the previously released DLC for the game and the new "Dissonance of the Nexus" expansion pack, which will also launch separately on the same day.. "Dissonance of the Nexus" will add four playable characters: Sachi, Seven, Yuna, Eiji.
The "Complete Edition" launched for PS4, Xbox One, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch in Japan on Thursday. Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet launched worldwide in February 2018 for PS4, Xbox One, and Steam.
The game developed by Dimps is a third-person shooter role-playing game based in the fictional "Gun Gale Online" virtual-reality massively multiple online role-playing game. The fictional game is featured in the Sword Art Online II television anime series as well as the Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online anime. Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is the franchise's first game based in Gun Gale Online. Original light novel creator Reki Kawahara supervised the game's original story. Players' choices and interaction determine the course of the story. Players can create skills and abilities and utilize new weapons.
Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization shipped for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan in October 2016, and in North America and Europe in November 2016. The game later received a PC release in October 2017.
