U cant shrink a opicture u have to get a picture 80x80 or smaller.

Any art program can do that for you. In fact, even Paint can do it, but I don't recommend Paint.

Download a copy of ACDsee for something simple. (Not really an art program, just a viewer with a simple image editor built in).
