I don't get the point of Bookwalker. Most of their titles are already available from Amazon, Comixology and the Viz app. Now they're adding LNs ... that are already available from Amazon. At least with the other stores, I can be pretty confident I won't get burned by the companies going out of business.
I'd like to read Kaiji and a few of the other exclusive series they have, but I'd rather they just publish it straight to Amazon.

Will be interesting to see how this goes. Hopefully, it does well for them.
Since I don't read novels/manga digitally, won't really make an impact on me. Unless it starts to impact on what see print...and, if it does have any impact on that, I hope it's due to there being more series printed.
I know that I'd like to see Inari Kon Kon in print. But, that may be one series that tempts me into reading digital.

Do you suppose they'll immediately abandon the site and stop updating it, like they did with Comic Walker? Fool me once…

It did say that there would be exclusive content... I also don't think that you need to worry about Kadokawa going belly up. Shutting down the BookWalker service? Maybe. I guess I would want the ability to download and backup the data off-app in order to feel truly safe. Actually, I seem to recall that you have to download to read the material anyway, so even if the service ends, you still have the app and the downloads. The only problem then comes when your device goes belly up... (That is why I want backup options...)

I would certainly buy Inari Kon Kon if it was available!

Happy that I'm not alone. While I would love to see Inari Kon Kon somehow get a print release...it's highly unlikely...and I must know what happens between Uka and Touka!!!!!! They were the best part of the anime, for me.
