Kubo, Oda, YudeTamago(Kinnikuman), Hiroyuki Takei(Shaman King),Richiiro Inagaki/Yusuke Murata(Eyeshield 21) Nobuhiro Watsuki(Rurouni Kenshin) and Tetsuo Hara/Buronson(Fist of the North Star) deserve shots as well. Although actually, the Gintama guy is popular enough that I'm okay with him being on the list.
