Gintoki likes porn and all that, but his attitude always felt some blase when he was running around the red light district, and he never really made any attempts to grope or molest women that I can remember.

He's a blunt-spoken bisexual S&M fan, but I feel like Gintoki's hardly a lecher - if anything it seems like he avoids sexual/romantic entanglements. Then again, his female fanbase is so awesome and strong that it seems like he gets voted to the top of these lists no matter what (like when he came in #1 on the list of favorite anime teachers)

Issei is a template anime perv. He's is more or less the same character as Ryosuke Kaga from So, I Can't Play H, I don't see how he makes the list whole the latter doesn't.

I knew there wasn't a chance, and yet some part of me still hoped that Kintaro Oe from Golden Boy would be on this list. He'll forever be the number-one anime perv in my eyes. Glad Ataru Moroboshi is there, at least.

My guess would be that Issei had some decent showings, in the anime, when it comes to fights? Can't remember Ryosuke putting up a fight in any of the action in So, I Can't Play H.
Yeah, left scratching my head with that one.

Ryo Saeba, yeah, I can accept that. A bit surprised to see Master Roshi over Ataru, though; never cared for the old geezer much, while Ataru is a force of nature. Jiraiya I'm kind of missing here.

Can't recall the episode, but my one lasting image is in one of the later UY episodes, where a sexy female motorcyclist zooms through Tomobiki....soon followed by Ataru running alongside at 65 mph, trying to get her denwa-bango. Any teen can be lecherous, but dedication is rare.
