I don't see anything in the way of plagiarism, poses aren't trademarked and the art does not look the same even the card styles have radically different fonts. Then there's the fact that Bandai Namco owns these series so even if they could sue (not likely), it won't do any good.

One fan pointed out (claimed?) that the way the idol in the first set of images at the bottom left corner is taking off his clothes is not the way a guy would do it.

YYYYYEP. That's exactly what I was thinking.

I mean you could argue that it was done by a particularly naive female illustrator who doesn't actually know how guys act (Just like the game's target audience am I right guys?) but it looks more like someone's just traced directly over a girl, added a few masculine features and called it a guy.
