Its not surprising really. Hopefully its for an airing in Spring rather than later in the year but it'll depend on how production goes. The Shibuya Incident arc can easily take a season on its own so it will be interesting to see how much of it will be covered in the second season (I imagine half of it give the arc that come before it and if they want to create any problem episodes). Perhaps they will cover that arc via future films given how well Jujutsu Kaisen 0 did at the box office?

Seems likely it'll be airing winter 2023, if the rebroadcast starts in april and they do the demon slayer thing and recap the movie as anime episodes for a cour

That definitely won't be enough to cover an entire cour. Even if they significantly added content to space it out, the movie's only around 100 minutes long, so at most they'd get maybe half a cour out of it.
