One notable frenemy pair I didn't see mentioned anywhere is Alucard & Anderson from Hellsing - loathe as they would be to admit it, those two were more alike than different.

Also, many memorable frenemy scenarios popped up frequently throughout Higurashi.

Oh - one more honorable mention: some of the best fights in Gintama tended to be between frenemies, as any fan of the series could attest. Yorozuya vs. Shinsengumi, Gintoki vs. Kagura vs. Shinpachi, Okita vs.Hijikata, & of course, Elizabeth and Katsura ("Zura janai, KATSURA desu,") vs. well, everyone else at one point or another.
