Glad to see Sket Dance on there, even if it's down at 96.

Also noticed Ranma 1/2 missing too. |
Takahashi has 3 on the list isn't that enough?

What is this list? How do you have Hikaru no Go on the list and not Yu-Gi-Oh!? How do you have HnG above YGO? HnG is a poor man's YGO! I get that the YGO anime has been the main focus after the manga ended in 2004, but how do you ignore the superior manga? It sold 40m copies to HnG's 25m. It even got a 20th anniversary manga canon movie/prequel manga in 2016 and the manga was rereleased. What timeline is this?

Well for starters, Hikaru no Go had 23 volumes compared to Yu-Gi-Oh's 38 volumes.
So in a per volume sales stat using the numbers you provided that's
1.08 million per volume of Hikaru no Go
1.05 million per volume of Yu-Gi-Oh
So even in the numbers you provided, HnG comes out on top?
It's a really bizarre comparison since other than both being Shounen Jump series about games (just one game in HnG's case) and the protagonist being sort of possessed and allowing a 'ghost' to play the game they really couldn't be further apart from each other.
Maybe if Takahashi was able to continue what he originally wanted Yu-Gi-Oh to be rather than letting the card game run over everything it could have had more impact than just being mostly thought of today as, and I quote the famous abridgement, "a children's card game".

Seriously I was expecting more aged manga series to be more on the top of the list. It's just the newer the more attention! Personally I think BLEACH should have been in the top 5 or at least 10 but since it's plenty of time that the series is not that much in the media that attention it Kinda was predictable. Unfortunately!
