Do we recieve an email/pm/whatever notification when a submission is accepted? I just put in a couple new titles, and I have pretty much full staff details for them, but of course I can't add the staff positions until the titles show up in the encyclopedia.

Yes, that's right - if your submission is approved (which can take some time - there is a huge backlog), you'll get a message saying so.
