It's a movie written by the creator of Gravity Falls, one of the writers of Guardians of the Galaxy and starring the guy who plays Deadpool... It's at the point where it would be MORE surprising that wouldn't be self aware.

Up to this point, the Movie-Rumor sites had been similarly LOL'ing about studios looking at Hugh Jackman or George Clooney for the voice of Det. Pikachu, and....that's when you spot a viral fakie gone wrong. From which you can quickly theorize why. Rolling Eyes

(Especially when it starts to sound, from the other direction, like all those Japanese news stories that Jack Nicholson and Robin Williams would be in Disney's Princess Mononoke dub...)

This might be the greatest thing since Deadpool. Also Gravity Falls creator and the lady from Guardians of the Galaxy is joining in, so it might be has some degree of success...depending.
