Eh, I beg to differ. I don't really think there's any way to translate the title other than something along the lines of, "Even Papa wants to do it." You can snazz it up a bit like SHD did, but regardless of who is speaking it, there's definitely no way that "I" can be inferred from it because the statement is about "Papa" and only him.

Anyway, I guess we can put this all to rest because it would seem that the English title was not official and ANN has removed it from the article.

No, sorry but there's no way the title could mean what it was originally translated as. It's not difficult to translate this title at all, especially since we do have a context: it's the title of a story about the sexual relationship between a father and his male housekeeper. It stands to reason that "Papa" refers to the father, "shitai" refers to having sex, and there is literally no way that "datte" could mean anything here other than "even" or something along the same lines/with the same connotations. ("But" would be "dakedo".)

If Papa talks about himself in the third person it means exactly what I wrote (or, to taste, something less porny, although frankly I kind of wish I had gone with my first option of using "Daddy" - because "Papa" in this context does sound exactly that bad). If it's anyone else talking about Papa that makes no difference whatsoever because there's no way that "Papa" could refer to anyone else. If it's the housekeeper talking to "Papa" then he wouldn't be saying it like this in the first place. But anyway, in English you might switch "Papa" with "you" - but not necessarily. Because it's a painfully clichéd... ahem, flirtatious, playfully sexy line (as evidenced by its usage of "Papa" and "shitai") and even in English we can use a person's position/title/a more formal way of address/etc. to make a line like this sound flirty and dirty.

But yeah, it seems that the English translation was removed from the article, so... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
