HoneyWorks Reveals New Series, Cast & Characters for 'Confess Your Love Committee' Project

Creator unit HoneyWorks revealed during the "YouTube Music Weekend 10.0" livestream on Friday that their "Confess Your Love Committee" project will get a new series, and revealed a key visual along with cast and characters for the younger generation.
The project's new cast and characters are (from left to right in image above):

HoneyWorks also unveiled a new music video for a new song titled "Ima, Koi ga Hajimare." (Love Begins Now.), featuring the new character Azuki Mochizuki, as voiced by Rie Takahashi. The music video depicts Azuki's growing romantic feelings for her childhood friend and senior Ruka Setoguchi.
The "Confess Your Love Committee" project features Vocaloid songs by the "monster creator unit" HoneyWorks, and has thus far inspired two anime films and a six-episode television anime special. The series' first film, titled Zutto Mae Kara Suki Deshita: Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai (I've Always Liked You), opened in Japan in April 2016. The second film, titled Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan o: Kokuhaku Jikkō Iinkai (The Moment You Fall in Love), opened in Japan in December 2016. The Our love has always been 10 centimeters apart. special premiered in November 2017. Crunchyroll is streaming both films, as well as the special.
The first film was based on the "Kokuhaku Yokō Renshū" (Confession Rehearsal), "Hatsukoi no Ehon" (The Picture Book of the First Love), and "Yakimochi no Kotae" (The Answer to Jealousy) songs. The Moment You Fall in Love shares the same title as the musical group's third album, and was specifically centered on the HoneyWorks songs "Ima Suki ni Naru" (I'm Falling in Love Now) and "Sankaku Jealousy" (Triangle Jealousy).
The project also inspired a stage play in 2019.
HoneyWorks' virtual idol duo LIPxLIP inspired the LIP×LIP FILM×LIVE: Kono Sekai no Tanoshimikata anime film in December 2020. HoneyWorks' song "Heroine Tarumono!" additionally inspired the Heroines Run the Show: The Unpopular Girl and the Secret Task television anime that debuted in April 2022.
The CHICO with Honeyworks music group recently reunited after halting activities in 2023. The group will perform the opening theme songs for the upcoming With You, Our Love Will Make it Through (Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru) and May I Ask for One Final Thing? (Saigo ni Hitotsu dake Onegai Shite mo Yoroshii Deshō ka) anime series.
