NTT Solmare announced on August 19 that it will end service for its six remaining Shall we date? game titles for iOS, Android, and Facebook Canvas and the Shall we date?: Dear Otome app on October 28 at 9:00 p.m. EDT. New installations and in-game purchases will become unavailable after September 28. Players will no longer be able to reinstall or update the game after this date.

The full list of games ending includes:

  • Shall we date?: Wizardess Heart+ (iOS, Android, Facebook Canvas)
  • Shall we date?: Blood in Roses+ (iOS, Android, Facebook Canvas)
  • Shall we date?: Love Tangle+ (iOS, Android, Facebook Canvas)
  • Shall we date?: Ninja Shadow+ (iOS, Android, Facebook Canvas)
  • Shall we date?: Guard me, Sherlock!+ (iOS, Android, Facebook Canvas)
  • Shall we date?: Lost Alice+ (iOS, Android, Facebook Canvas)
  • Shall we date?: Dear Otome (iOS)

The games will become inaccessible and unplayable after October 28.

Obey Me! and Obey Me! Nightbringer are the company's sole remaining games on these platforms.

The Obey Me! game inspired an anime that debuted with English subtitles on the official YouTube channel for the Obey Me! game app in July 2021. Funimation also streamed the anime.

The anime's second season launched in July 2022.

Subaru Nitō launched a manga adaptation in the Mag Garden Kansai web comic magazine in November 2021. NTT Solmare Corp's MangaPlaza manga website released the series in English in January. The series ended in December 2022.

NTT Solmare is a subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation.
